Browsing F1lytics needs no account. The site uses standard server logs and page analytics. Interactive exhibits and optional account features involve the services described below.
INTERACTIVE 3D EXHIBITS
Garage previews are served by F1lytics. Choosing “Explore in 3D” loads an embedded Sketchfab viewer, connecting your browser to Sketchfab. Its handling of your connection and browser information is governed by its privacy policy. Closing the viewer or choosing another car removes the embed.
WHAT IS STORED
- Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- A display name you can change, shown on leaderboards and share cards.
- Your calls for each round, your scores, and the leagues you belong to.
- Whether you asked for race-weekend emails. The default is off.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days, and short-lived rate-limit counters.
WHO HANDLES IT
- Neon (Singapore region) hosts the database.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs its server code.
- Google handles Google sign-in; F1lytics never sees your Google password.
- Resend delivers sign-in links and, only if you opted in, race-weekend emails.
Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. There are no ads.
DELETION AND CONTACT
To delete your account and everything attached to it, open an issue on GitHub to request a private follow-up, or reply to a sign-in email F1lytics sent you. Do not post your email address or other private information in a public issue. Account deletion is handled manually.
